Fishing Report for February to Early March

As we moved from winter to spring, fishing has exploded into life. The past 2 weeks have seen large catches of trout, some anglers landing over 20 fish, plus doubles to 15lbs caught. Lures, nymphs and even dries have produced fish.

Top colours lure wise have been black, green and orange. Diawl bach nymphs, crunchers and buzzers produced well. While the odd fish could be encouraged to take a black shuttlecock.
