October 2022 Fishing Report

Fishing continued to improve throughout October and into early November as I write this report. Anglers have enjoyed wonderful sport with rainbows, blues and browns. Lures have been big winners recently as the trout, particularly browns, target the small roach resident in our lakes. Some of the strikes have to be seen to be believed, very exciting fishing. Having said that, plenty of fish are falling to buzzers, diawl bach, bloodworm style nymphs along with a few fish on dries.

Look out for a few bigger fish starting to show in catches this month!
